Fenty Beauty- Mattemoiselle Plush Lipstick

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

Today I am swatching the Fenty Beauty- Mattemoiselle Plush Lipstick and giving you my first impression of these lipsticks. I picked up three shades: S1ngle, Spanked and Candy Venom. Yes I purchased the most wearable shades she brought out in her collection. I knew I didn’t want to buy any colors that were just going to sit around collecting dust. At $18 each lipstick you best believe I wasn’t going to buy a shade I would only wear once.

One thing I have noticed is that these are so creamy and moisturizing. They glide on and you have instant color. One thing to be careful about is that with the rounded tip you can’t be too precise while drawing your cupids bow. I had to use a lip brush to make sure I got the sharpest application.

Overall I love how long they stayed on my lips and that the color didn’t disappear. I have been reaching for S1ngle and Spanked because they don’t dry my lips out in this cold weather. I am saving Candy Venom for Spring time.

Have you tried these lipstick? If so, what is your opinion on them?

Have a great day and I will see you on Friday!

2017 Beauty Favorites

Happy Monday Everyone!

Happy 2018, I can’t believe that 2017 has come to a close and that we are starting a new year once again. I am excited for the plans I have for this year. I am also excited to see how my makeup routine evolves as this year goes on. In the last 12 months I have fallen in love with red lips, illuminated skin and glittery eye looks. I can honestly tell you that will not be the case come 2018. As humans we tend to switch things up based on where we are in life and how we want to feel.

With that being said here are 17 products I loved in 2017, enjoy!

Overall you can see that I stuck with quite a few things from the high-end side. I want to focus on more drugstore finds this year.

If you have any drugstore recommendations, please leave a comment below.

I hope you all are enjoying your New Year’s Day!

See you all on Wednesday.

Mini Fenti Beauty Haul

Happy Monday Everyone!

It’s December and that means that I’ll be posting a blog post every Monday through Friday until this month is over. You can expect my normal post (beauty, travel, recipes, gift ideas, and so much more) on to my little corner of the internet. I’m really excited to begin the Holidays with such a fun monthly challenge. Please let me know if there is anything you want to see or read about.

So with that being said today’s post is mini haul on the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna. I decided to pick up a few essentials for the holidays and I am not disappointed about my purchases. A more comprehensive review to come.

Stay tune for individual reviews on each ones of these products because I have so much to tell you about them.

Have you tried any of the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna? If so, what is your favorite product?

I will see you all on Tuesday!

Review: Blendercleanser Solid

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Today I am sharing with you a review on this blender cleanser solid. You can find this at Sephora or click here to purchase it online. I am a huge fan of the Beauty Blender and Makeup sponges in general. I have tried other cleansers and they have worked okay, but many don’t seem to take off all the foundation that I pack into the sponges with every day use.

I decided to give this a try and see if it was worth the money.  With a steep price tag of $16 I was hoping it was all it was cracked up to be. On the Sephora website this product is rated 4.7/5 stars which is quite a high rating in my book. Once I got home I decided to try this out and I absolutely loved how clean this product made my beauty blenders and my other makeup sponges. I can see how this product will last me a while since you don’t need to use a lot to get great results. I have yet to try cleaning my brushes with this, but I will update you once I do.

I loved the end result of squeaky clean makeup sponges. I am still on the hunt for something a little bit more cheaper, but I highly recommend this product if you want something that works at truly cleaning your makeup sponges.

Do any of you know of any cheaper alternatives to this product?

Have a great day and I will see you all tomorrow.

NEST Fragrances

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today I am sharing with you my current fragrance obsession. I picked this fragrance set up during Black Friday. I believe I paid $12 and I have been obsessed with these scents since then. I absolutely love that I can throw these in my purse and re-apply them as I feel it is needed.

This trio included the following scents:

-Indigo: a lavender scent

-Citrine: A citrus scent

-Dahlia & Vine : Rose scent

If you are on the market for a new perfume I would recommend these NEST perfumes they have rollerballs that you can check out before committing to a full size bottle.

Have you smelled any of the NEST Fragrances? If so, what is your favorite?

Have a great weekend!

A $10 Sephora Collection Find

Happy Monday Everyone!

Today I am sharing with you a Black Friday Find that I wasn’t expecting to be this in love with. I picked up this mini palette from the Sephora Collection for only $10 and I am really impressed. I hadn’t really tried any of the Sephora Collection makeup products, because let’s be honest when we go to Sephora we don’t go for their own makeup brand we go for all of the other ones they carry. I figured it was time to see what Sephora carried and give them a shot.

The packaging is absolutely adorable and so compact. This isn’t going to add bulk to your makeup bag.

You get 9 shades that vary from Matte and shimmery. They are perfect for this time of year when we normally go all out for the various festivities we are invited to.

This palette even gives you detailed instructions on how to apply which shade where. I absolutely that this is such a friendly palette for all make up levels experts. Sadly this only seems to have been available during Black Friday, but I wanted to share this either way. Maybe next time you are at Sephora I would suggest you check out their Makeup and see if you find a amazing find from them.

Do you have any favorite product from the Sephora Collection?

Have a great Day!
