TJ Maxx Beauty Haul

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

Today I am sharing with you a beauty haul from TJ Maxx. I have been extremely lucky with all of the awesome beauty finds I stumble upon every time I go to my local TJ Maxx.

Do you show at TJ Maxx? If so, do you also buy beauty products from there?

Have a great day and I will see you on Friday!

New Makeup I’ve Acquired

Happy Monday Everyone!

Today I am sharing with you some makeup that I have acquired that I will be trying out over the next couple of weeks. I purchased some new products from Fenty Beauty, Bite beauty, Sleek Makeup and Urban Decay.

Stay tune for reviews on these products. I am excited to see how well they compare to some of the products I already use.

Let me know what reviews you would want to see first?

Have a great Day and I will see you on Wednesday!

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today I am sharing a few goodies that I picked from Colourpop a few days ago. I will have a comprehensive review of each of these products because I feel like everyone raves about these products but no one seems to put them to the test of the average woman’s needs. YES the price point is great, but how do they compare to some other affordable drugstore makeup? We shall find out and report back to you all.

Have you ever tried Colorpop before? What are your thoughts on this brand and their products?

Have a great day!

The Balm Cosmetics Makeup Haul

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I feel like I am so late on this train, that is the Balm Cosmetics train. Before adding these lovely three makeup products to my collection I was the proud owner of their Nude’tude Eyeshadow palette and that was the extent of knowing their brand. It just so happened that Hautelook was having a sale on the Balm cosmetics a few weeks ago and I jumped on the opportunity to try a few more of their products. Here is what I picked up.

The Fratboy Shadow/Blush

If you’re wondering why my blush looks a bit messed up it’s because shipping was not kind to this product and it almost broke. Luckily I was able to salvage it and begin to enjoy it. This is a beautiful blush it is such a natural color on the cheeks it is an everyday kind of color that won’t have you questioning your blush choice. It is very blend able and pigmented so one swipe will leave you naturally flushed.

Mary-Lou Manizer

This is a gold base highlighter that illuminates the skin when applied correctly. This product can be an it or miss depending on what kind of hand you have with it. Apply too much and you may look like a disco ball so a little goes a long way with this product.

Sexy Mama Anti-Shine Translucent Powder

This powder is quite chalky and can come off looking a bit cake-y when applied with a heavy hand. This powder doesn’t prevent shine from coming through and it does not do a good job at keeping your make up from coming off. I was quite disappointed by this product to be honest.

Overall I am glad I got to try a few more things from the Balm Cosmetics. Sometimes you may never discover a hidden gem if you don’t go out and look for it. So liking 2 out of the 3 products isn’t so bad.

Have you ever tried the Balm Cosmetics? Any products you would recommend from them?

I hope you have a great day and I will see you on Friday!
