Review: Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer

Happy Monday Everyone!

Today I am sharing with you a new foundation that I picked up. I normally stick to my drugstore ones and they never steer me wrong. I decide to branch out and try something new and see how my skin responds to it.

I picked up this new foundation from Ulta for $27 USD. It’s a new product that they just released and I had heard some good things about it.

Overall I like the coverage this foundation gives. It is really easy to apply and it blends in to your skin beautifully. My one and only problem with this foundation is that it doesn’t set right away. I have to add powder to prevent my face from feeling shiny. Once I have powdered I still have to blot my face quite frequently because of how oily my skin is. I was warned by the beauty consultant at Ulta that this would happen, but she said that would be the case with most of the foundations I would encounter.

Have you tried this foundation? What are your thoughts?

Have a great day and I will see you on Wednesday!

Great review! I really like the step by step pictures too. That happens to me with most foundations, but only on my forehead. Oh well, this is why they invented powder and blotting papers 🙂
