Review: Neutrogena Ultra Light Cleansing Oil

Happy  Thursday Everyone!

Today I bring you another review. I know I know I am full or reviews this month, but in my defense I have been trying out these products for a while now and I wanted to share if they are worth the money.

As we all remember cleansing oils were all the rage in 2015, well at least in the beginning of it. We had a lot of high-end companies come up with their version of cleansing oils, but we only had a hand full come out from the drugstore. I had been using the Garnier Nourishing Cleansing oil for the longest time it was cheap and did the trick, but one day I ran out and I couldn’t find it. In comes Neutrogena with their version of the same cleanser.

A few things that I noticed:

  1. This cost a couple more bucks than the Garnier  Nourishing Cleansing Oil.
  2. It has a unique smells
  3. It takes about three pumps to really remove waterproof makeup
  4. If this stuff gets into your eyes they will sting!

As you all can see this product removes most of my water proof makeup. I still use a cleansing cloth to make sure my face is as clean as I can get it before I wash it with a cleanser.

Overall I don’t see any difference between this cleansing oil and the garnier one, except the price this one retails for about $2 more. If you can still find the Garnier one I would suggest use that one instead. If you don’t care about the price this one is a good drug-store alternative to the expensive ones that are on the market.

Do you use a cleansing oil to remove your makeup? Have you tried this product? What are your thoughts?

See you all in a two days!
