Happy Friday Everyone!
I hope you all have had a great week. I started my week being sick and feeling miserable. I owe it all to the pesky cold bug that has been going around. One of the things that makes me feel better is a home made chicken noodle soup. Due to my schedule I don’t have enough time to sit and whip up soup from scratch unless I use a crock pot.
The awesome things about all of the recipes that you find on Pinterest is that they can be modified and made to your liking.
Here is the original recipe that I used.
I substituted celery for green beans and the chicken stock for the Knorr Chicken seasoning because I had those things on hand.
This recipe was a life savor because it allow me to have enough soup for three days which meant I could be lazy when it came to how many meals I had to prepare while I was sick. If you haven’t tried this recipe I highly suggest it!
