It’s Friday Everyone! I am excited to bring you a new recipe every single Friday for your enjoyment. Last month I focused on desserts and sweets so I figured I would mix it up and show you a supper simple recipe for one of my favorite fish, Tilapia.
Here is what you will need:
-One medium sized Tilapia
-Black ground pepper
Feel free to add a sprinkle of lime or lemon or any other spice you enjoy.
This dish is super simple and takes about 25 minutes from start to finish. Once all of the spices are on you piece of fish you will to wrap it onto the aluminum foil to preparing it for the oven.
I cook my fish in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. You get a nice tender and flavorful taste and it’s super healthy and quick.
Feel free to cook up some broccoli, green beans as sides and you have a lovely meal.
