Mini Banana Beignets – Day 12


Today I have a fun and mini size snack when you get a banana craving, but don’t want to be healthy ;). You can find the recipe here


This took less than 30 minutes from start to finish and they make for a good alternative when you want a donut really badly!


They are fried in Vegetable oil so you are still getting that unhealthy satisfaction without the major calories of a full size donuts. Just don’t eat the whole batch of mini banana beignets because you might as well of grabbed a donut and saved you all of the trouble of cooking these.
